Mr. Collier is a CEO and a business leader with decades of experience in business development, consulting, and strategic planning. He is senior management, Director and/or shareholder of several mining companies, covering Gold, Silver, Copper and Rare Earth Elements. Mr. Collier is 53 years of age, is married to his wife of 30+ years and has two adult sons.

Delbert (Del) W. Ferguson, P. Geo. FGAC, Dip ForEng. - Position: Geologist, Director, is a registered, practicing Geoscientist who has conducted terrain surveys for the forest industry since 1994. These surveys include potential impact assessments of proposed road locations, proposed yarding layouts, slide impacts and forest road deactivation projects. This experience was attained throughout B.C., although primarily in coastal areas. In addition, Mr. Ferguson has been involved in forest road construction in a supervisor capacity for two years in the B.C. Interior. He has supervised several rock quarry operations and mineral exploration projects throughout B.C. and Canada. Del holds a Diploma in Forestry Advanced Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is also a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, holding an Honours BSc. Degree in Geology.
